In 2005, Juliette was involved in the acquisition of Senior Resort Ciudad Patricia on the Spanish Costa Blanca. Her presence in negotiations contributed to the smooth intercultural communication between the Spanish seller and Dutch buyers (including VolkerWessels and Reggeborgh). Her role extended to translating various (legal) documents and coordinating between buyers and professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors, accountants, etc.
After the purchase, she provided support to the management, served as a point of contact for the staff, and coordinated recruitment and payroll administration.
During strategic considerations, especially in challenging periods like the real estate crisis, Juliette played an active role. She was closely involved in marketing activities, including organizing open days and creating advertisements and newsletters.
Her responsibilities also encompassed complete accounting, budget and cash flow statements, various tax filings, and financial reports for shareholders.
In 2022, the resort was successfully sold to Azora, where she played a crucial role in the entire sales process, including negotiations and comprehensive due diligence on fiscal, legal, and personnel matters. Even after the sale, she remained involved in the management of the resort.
