Since 2022, Juliette has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the company Futur Can Jove BV. The ambitious project involves the development of 19.2 hectares of land in Sant Pere de Ribes, strategically located between the regional hospital and the city center, with the beaches of Sitges just a few minutes away and Barcelona only a 30-minute drive.
This versatile development includes the creation of a Senior Resort with 209 apartments, 14 linked villas, a nursing home, (care) hotel, and a central building with various facilities, including a medical center. In addition, the project includes 331 social housing units and 114 free-sector homes. The central square, as the beating heart of the neighborhood, offers meeting places, dining establishments, shops, a petting zoo, and play areas for all ages, creating a vibrant community.
A newly designed pedestrian bridge over the Riera de Ribes facilitates access to the center within minutes. What truly makes this project unique is the harmonious integration of old elements, such as vineyards, olive trees, ancient stone walls, and traditional Catalan “masias” (country houses), into the modern plan.
Sustainability and organic architecture play a leading role in the realization of this neighborhood, positioning Can Jove as a exemplary project for the future.
In this project, Juliette also takes on a coordinating role among the various stakeholders: urban planners, architects, investors, municipality, legal professionals, etc.
